• Current OXC membership for OXC and EXCA shows. (A single use one-day membership is available for $15.00.)

• Proof of a current, OXC approved, liability insurance policy that covers equine related activities.

• A completed event entry form.

• Full payment of event fees.

All OXC / EXCA sanctioned races are approved for NAERIC, the Ontario Quarter Horse Racing Development Program, and the Thoroughbred Incentive Program (T.I.P.).
